Technical frameworks
Each frequency band under a spectrum licence has a technical framework.
These frameworks include:
- the main licence conditions
- the level of interference that is unacceptable when you register a device
- advisory guidelines
We develop technical frameworks with industry working groups. This generally happens before we give new spectrum licences.
We may change the framework if all licence holders in the band agree.
