Investigations into gambling advertising

If we think a broadcaster or online content service provider has not followed the rules for gambling advertising, we can investigate.

About our investigations

We publish our investigation reports to explain:

  • if there is a complaint, what it is about
  • when it happened
  • the relevant law
  • what we found when we investigated

We also investigate advertising of illegal gambling services.
