The submissions will inform our making of the Interactive Gambling (National Self-exclusion Register) Register Rules 2022 in the coming months. We thank all submitters for their input.

As part of the implementation of the National Self-exclusion Register, we need to make the Register Rules, a legislative instrument that will set technical, operational and administrative procedures.

The draft rules are available in the key documents box, as well as a consultation paper that provides further information on the rules and raises specific provisions for stakeholder consideration and feedback.
