ACMA Statement of Intent

In December 2024 the Minister for Communications, the Hon Michelle Rowland MP, issued a new Statement of Expectations (SoE) for the ACMA. The ACMA responded to the Statement of Expectations through a Statement of Intent in March 2025, setting out how we will meet the Australian Government’s expectations.
