Regulatory guide No. 4—Remedial directions

The ACMA is empowered to issue remedial directions under the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, Interactive Gambling Act 2001, Radiocommunications Act 1992, Telecommunications Act 1997 and the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999. This guide explains the ACMA’s approach to giving a remedial direction under these Acts.
