BI-425 Non Program matter

In July 2018, the ACMA commenced an investigation under the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 into the amount of non-program matter broadcast during the feature film A View to a Kill, which was broadcast on 9Gem by Swan Television & Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd on 7 July 2018 at 9.00 pm.
