MOU with Unsolicited Communications Enforcement Network (UCENet)

This Memorandum promotes cross border cooperation among the Members, and assists Members with their regulatory and/or enforcement responsibilities for unlawful electronic messages. The Memorandum facilitates the exchange of information between the Members, while also recognising the legal, policy and administrative limits of disclosing this information.
