On 7 January 2019, the ACMA received a complaint that Port Stephens FM Radio, the licensee, ‘constantly’ exceeds the hourly limit for sponsorship announcements. The concerns raised related to interviews on the program Mornings in the Bay with Fletch, hosted by Phil Rosenberg, on 4 January 2019, between 9:00 am and midday.
