Carrier licensing guide

The purpose of this Guide is to assist applicants for a carrier licence and/or nominated carrier declaration. It outlines the Government's telecommunications policy framework as it applies to carriers and provides information about the range of obligations on carriers under the Telecommunications Act 1997.
