We collect this information to consider and respond to your complaint. We may also use it:
- to contact you should we require additional information about your complaint
- in our investigations under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (IGA)
- to identify and address issues about compliance with the IGA
- when working with certain authorities (including overseas gambling regulators). This may include disclosing information to these authorities in accordance with the ACMA’s functions and powers
- to assist in the ACMA’s review of requests to Australian Internet Service Providers to block access to a website
- as otherwise permitted to do so under the Privacy Act or otherwise by law
