Notice under subsection 153C(2) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992

The Australian Communications and Media Authority gives notice under subsection 153C(2) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992 (the Act) that the Minister for Communications, Urban Infrastructure, Cities and the Arts has made the Radiocommunications (Spectrum Re-allocation—26 GHz Band) Declaration 2019 (Re-allocation Declaration) under subsection 153B(1) of the Act in relation to radiofrequency spectrum in frequency ranges 25.1 GHz–27.5 GHz in 29 cities and regional centres of Australia as specified in the Re-allocation Declaration.
