The applicant sought access to complaints received by the ACMA under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 between 1 January 2015 and 5 November 2015 in relation to click to call type services offered by Australian licensed operators that the ACMA referred or declined to refer to the Australian Federal Police.
The applicant excluded personally identifiable information of individuals and employees of businesses, as well duplicates from the request.
5 documents were released in part to the applicant, with redactions of third party information, as well as any material which was outside the scope of the request.
7 documents were exempt in full under 37(2)(b), 47E and 47G of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
