Proposal to vary the Deniliquin licence area plan

We want to vary the Deniliquin licence area plan (LAP). This will involve:

• Making spectrum available for a new FM transmitter at Deniliquin for the 2QN commercial radio service operating on 106.1 MHz.
• Removing the specifications for the high power open narrowcasting service operating on 106.1 MHz planned to serve the Deniliquin RA1 licence area.
• Updating the technical specifications for 2 commercial services 2QN and 2MOR at Cobram to reflect operating conditions. 
• Other minor updates.

We welcome your comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper, or any other related matters.
