On 31 August 2023, the ACMA made the Radiocommunications (Labelling) Determination 2023.
Previous consultation: The issue
The Radiocommunications (Labelling) Determination 2013 is due to sunset on 1 October 2023. We propose to remake it in a new instrument with only minor changes. These are detailed in the consultation paper.
