Key documents

This consultation originally closed on 16 March 2022. Due to a communications error, some stakeholders were not notified of the consultation. We have re-opened the consultation until 4 May 2022 to give all interested parties the chance to provide feedback.

Outcome

On 1 July 2022, the ACMA made the Variation to Licence Area Plan – Mount Gambier Radio – 2022 (No.1).

We thank all of those involved in the consultation process.

The issue

We want to vary the Mount Gambier licence area plan (LAP). This involves converting the 5SE commercial radio broadcasting service to the FM spectrum and varying the technical specification for the 5SEF commercial radio broadcasting service in the Mount Gambier area. This variation may have an impact on the frequency of these services.

Have your say

We welcome your comments on the issues raised in this paper, or any other issues relevant to the LAP variations proposed.
