The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) provides advice and an investigation service for TV and radio reception problems. Assistance is obtained by completing the following forms:

The ACMA provides a diagnostic and advisory service only. Resolution of interference problems is the responsibility of the affected parties, except where there are breaches of the Radiocommunications Act 1992 or theTelecommunications Act 1997.

Digital TV

If your region is scheduled to transition to Digital TV within six months, the ACMA will not investigate requests in regard to interference to reception of analog TV in that area.
