Any potential broadcaster who wishes to operate a service within the broadcasting services bands. The application for an apparatus licence (other than for digital television retransmission services) must be made on the ACMA B12 Form. Applicants for an apparatus licence to provide digital television retransmission services must complete the ACMA B84 Form.
