Radiocommunications (Digital Cordless Communications Devices – PHS Devices) Standard 2007

The ACMA standard, Radiocommunications (Digital Cordless Communications Devices — PHS Devices) Standard 2007, refers to the standard ARIB RCR STD-28 Personal Handy Phone System for technical performance matters including test methods and limits.

The ACMA standard modifies aspects of the referenced standard.

The ACMA standard includes conditional grandfathering provisions for equipment models compliant with the previous ACMA technical standard for PHS devices. Refer to the current ACMA standard for details.

It is vital to note that the applicable mandatory standard is the ACMA standard, not the technical standard to which it refers.

Compliance Level 2

The ACMA standard is available from the Comlaw website.
