Important note:
When forwarding an email message, please do not change the subject line of the message or add additional text. The ACMA will only contact you in relation to a report if it requires further information to assist it in its anti-spam activities.
I have bulk spam that I want to report
This option is available for organisations, such as Internet Service Providers or universities, which collect large amounts of spam associated with the management of their email systems. In these cases, spam can be reported to the ACMA via command-line or batch reporting. Please call the ACMA on 1300 855 180 if you wish to submit spam to the ACMA using this method.
I am a BigPond webmail user
Telstra BigPond webmail users can also use the ‘Report SPAM’ button in BigPond webmail to report SPAM email messages to the ACMA.
Please note the ACMA no longer supports the SpamMATTERS spam reporting software. This software will no longer be available for download from the ACMA.
